Food was tasty, but poorly presented and did not include a significant number of dishes advertised. Servings not at all generous. Advertised ‘staff member would be there 30 minutes before and please be there 15 minutes before scheduled departure’, turned out to be staff member would make himself known just before the vessel arrived - 5 minutes before departure. No signage, no uniform. Were really beginning to believe we’d been scammed. Crew were efficient, skilled and knowledgable but the experience was…”
